| Awake to the aroma of freshly-brewed coffee and Jessica's home-baked "Morning Glory". A full country breakfast, cooked to order, will be served in our intimate dining room or al fresco, weather permitting. Our main courses include plain, blueberry or pecan pancakes, eggs any style, Texas-size French toast (a guest favorite), and oversized omelets filled with just about anything you could want. Some of our specials include Maple Walnut Stuffed French Toast, Ranchero Omelet or Cinnamon Apple Belgian waffles. Of course, no country breakfast would be complete without sausage or maple-smoked bacon. A selection of juices, herbal and regular teas, and our sparkling fresh mountain water accompany your breakfast. For those with food allergies or specific dietary needs, arrangements can be made with advanced notice. |
