In the hopes of tempting your taste buds and keeping you coming back for more, we have put a new spin on an old favorite. Taking into consideration all the comments, suggestions and innovations of our past workshops, we incorporated them into a new format. You will sample two of Mt. Washington Valley's most elegant and intimate bed and breakfast inns, and be dazzled by the culinary delights put together by two of the finest chef's in the valley. You'll be in the kitchen with Sandy Reinschmidt, chef of The Notchland Inn, with twenty-five years of culinary experience as well as years of inn keeping. Jessica Zarenko, chef and owner of The Cabernet Inn, with nineteen years background in food service and hospitality. Your culinary excursion begins at the Notchland Inn. Romance and Luxury surround you with aromas that will excite you. You will be served a five course dinner featuring examples or variations of what you will be preparing in class the following morning. Monday morning breakfast will be served followed by a 2 1/2 hour cooking instruction and tasting with featured chef Sandy Reinschmidt. You will then travel to the Cabernet Inn where you can relax and be pampered in an atmosphere that is so refreshing and comfortable you'll feel right at home. After you get settled in you will be enchanted by another wonderful dinner. This time Jessica will tantalize your palate with examples or variations of the cuisine once again to be prepared in class the following morning. Tuesday morning breakfast will be prepared by Jessica followed by a 2 1/2 hour cooking instruction and tasting. This one-of-a-kind opportunity will find you in two unique kitchens with two professional chefs. Go behind the scenes with the experts and learn their secrets while just outside, the enduring beauty of the forests and the quiet power of the mountains surround you. Our chefs will inspire your culinary dreams, while we wrap you in comfort. |
